Abstract

To maintain energy performance at optimal levels PT. TSH has conducted energy audits to ensure the effectiveness of energy consumption operations, ensuring that energy reaches the point of use in quantity, quality and meets appropriate standards and regulations. One of the aspects discussed in this paper is the performance of energy use for lighting purposes in PT TSH buildings. The reference for the energy performance index (EnPI) value used in the discussion is Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources number. 13 of 2012, as well as EnPI standards for several types of buildings issued by SNI 6169-2020, Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI), and Asean Energy. The evaluation results show that the building's EnPI value of 237.69 kWh/m2/year meets SNI 6169-2020 and GBCI standards. The EnPI value (237.69 kWh/m2/year) is smaller than the EnPI of SNI 03-6169-2020 (240 kWh/m2/year) and the EnPI of GBCI standard (250 kWh/m2/year), but is still greater when referring to the ASEAN standard Energy (160 kWh/m2/year). The lighting strength of 45.5% of rooms does not meet SNI 6197:2020 standards. The majority of rooms that do not meet the standards, 67% are in the office area, 20% are in the Training Center area and 13% are in the Product Development area. The results of lighting power density measurements show that 93% of the rooms meet SNI 6197:2020 standards, the remaining 7% of rooms do not meet SNI 6197:2020 standards. It is recommended to relayout the table to the light point and adjust the distance between the height of the lamp to the table (work plane) for rooms that do not meet the lighting level (lux) standards. Lighting systems are included in the category of very significantly efficient (Dormitory Building) and significantly efficient (Panel Clinic & Quality Laboratory Building and Training Center Building).
