Abstract

KAJIAN KAMPUNG PULO JAKARTA TIMUR SEBAGAI KAMPUNG VERTIKAL THE STUDY OF EAST JAKARTA KAMPUNG PULO VILLAGE AS A VERTICAL Sitti Wardiningsih; Rudi Purwono; Frans Peleng Institut Sains dan Teknologi Nasional sitti.arsitekturlanskap@istn.ac.id ABSTRACT The development of the city is characterized by changes in physical form as well as an unavoidable Increase in populatiom and a decrease in land for buildings, due to an increase in land needs and Changes in people’s behavior. The problem that arises in the consequence that the lanf as for concervation changes to housing so that the provision of housing and settlement land for the community is not fulfilled. So in the end the riverbanks were used as residential areas, such as on the banks of the Ciliwung river in Kampung Pulo. This area is a densly populated residential area and is prone to flooding and located on the banks of the Ciliwung river, Jatinegara Villge, East Jakarta sosio-culture strata, residents on the edge of various cultural professions and the majority are migrant communities. The purpose of this research is to create an area to provide vertical housing and green open space for interactive and socializing space for the people of Kampung Pulo. The method respon to the comlexity of settlement problems by creating an ideal vertical residence for the people og kampung Pulo.The final result of the Vertical Village to research is to createa a residential environment with the behavior and culture of the people while maintaining the atmosphre of the previous village. Efforts to arrange settlement on the on the banks of the river to improve the quality of life on the community due to land limitations without eliminating the social and enviromental values that exist in the community. Keywords: kampung, vertical Email Korespondensi: sitti.arsitekturlanskap@istn.ac.id EFEK PERLOMBAAN KREATIVITAS SEBAGAI UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KOMUNIKASI HUBUNGAN PERSONAL ANTAR KELUARGA KELUARGA DI-TK ISLAM AN-NUR PADA MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 ABSTRAK Sejak ditetapkannya sistem belajar e-learning maka pada guru dan orang tua harus memiliki jurus atau trik mengajar dan belajar dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Kekuatan penyebaran infeksi corona virus yang terbaru ini sungguh luar biasa. Untuk memutus mata rantai penyebaran kegiatan tersebut maka TK AN-NUR melakukan kegiatan bersama pada Family Day melalui virtual bagi anak-anak usia dini. Kegiatan ini bertujuan agar anak anak usia dini mau belajar dan tetap ceria dalam kerja sama, kekompakan anak dan orang tua, serta orang tua dalam mendidik dan membimbing putra putrinya.. Metode pelaksanaannya dalam acara ini adalah lomba kreatifitas membuat TV dari bahan karton bekas, dikerjakan selama 2 jam bersama kedua orang tua atau keluarga dan dinilai pada akhir waktunya. Kegiatan ini terdiri dari 5 kelompok dan setiap kelompok didamping 1 orang guru yang bertugas juga sebagai juri. Hasil akhir mententukan juara dengan kreteria penilaian kekompokkan bersama keluarga, dengan kreteria kekompakkan dalam kerja sama, kreativitas bentuk. Kegiatan ini untuk memupuk kerbersamaan dalam lingkungan kecil yaitu keluarga, karena dengan kehangatan dalam keluarga akan melahirkan rasa saling menghargai dan menghormati, melahirkan generasi yang perhatian untuk keluarga dan lingkungannya.
