Abstract

There are parameter that indicate the level of quality from an operator Mobile Network as one of the Key Performance Indicator. Number of success call is based on parameter of other performance such as ASR, SCH to calculate density of call at one particular trunk during one busy hour, MHTS to calculate amount of time seizure of each call and OCC to measure efficiency of trunk. The analysis results showed that value of SCH and OCC during three months of monitoring not yet reached measuring standard, while for MHTS parameter has been fulfilled and even more. This main cause of failure in Gateway Gambir International Call are Unanswer and Unallocated Number.
