In the basic transmission system, there is FIFO (First In First Out) law. It means that the packet that comes first will be transmitted first too. If there is a packet that comes while status of bandwidth is full, then the packet will be discarded. In the world of transmission, there is particular packet that should not be discarded. Therefore, it necessary to apply a system known as QoS TC (Quality of Service Traffic Classification). QoS TC can select types of packet traffic that have higher priority then the other type. The traffic with higher priority should certainly always run smooth in transmission paths, although the paths in the state congest. The principle is classify packet into some class, and the class determine priority of packet. QoS TC make the network run better and increase the performance of KPI accessibility and retainability of RNC. Key words : QoS, KPI, Node-B, RNC, Traffic Classification.
