Abstract

Inbound roamers is foreign subscriber from another operator which have relationship with local operator and used local operator network. Currently this day high multimedia is the most issue for communications and streaming data. Like a video telephony where voice and data will work in the same time. It will need width bandwidth to provide a high data. And because of that in GSM network need to built some new equipment to implement UMTS.UMTS is evolution of technology telecommunication 3 generation which extend to subscriber with bit rate until 2 UTRAN or UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network is a new equipment which need to implement in GSM network.
